Anatomy

"Your course was brilliant, very well paced, engaging and most importantly informative. Brilliant!" Fleur Physiotherapist UK

Anatomy for Movement Professionals and Anatomy in 3 Dimensions is designed for teaching anatomy to movers and movement educators including Pilates teachers, personal trainers, dancers, physical therapists, massage therapists, yoga instructors and anyone else interested in learning how the body works to move us from place to place

On both courses we will cover material from the elbow to the knee, occiput to the coccyx and the structures in-between

Whats the difference?

Anatomy for Movement Professionals is generally taught online without the skeleton and the clay. Anatomy in 3 Dimensions is generally taught in person building the body with clay on a specially designed skeleton

Both courses are an in-depth way to understand anatomical knowledge, to take this knowledge and then add it into your everyday skill set to improve your understanding on how our body moves

Learn how muscles move by experiencing each muscle group in action and relating these exercises to functional movement. Both courses are designed to help anyone working with the body gain a deeper understanding of how the muscles and bones affect movement gaining amazing practical insight into the body
